L’association Initiatives et Changement organise des formations à l’Education à la Paix. Ces formations de 2 jours sont ouvertes à tous ceux qui souhaitent s’investir en tant que bénévoles auprès des jeunes afin de les aider à devenir acteurs de paix au quotidien. Il s’agit :

Caux Scholars Program

Le Caux Scholars Program est un programme de formation en analyse, résolution et transformation des conflits, destiné aux étudiants de niveau licence intéréssés par les questions éthiques. Il se déroule chaque été pendant un mois dans le centre de rencontres internationales d’Initiatives et Changement à Caux, en Suisse.

Il comporte un enseignement sur l’importance de la dimension morale des processus de paix.

(Photo: Maria Grace)The Hope in the Cities team helped facilitate an international Tools for Change conference August 9-15, in Caux,Switzerland. Sixty-five young Muslims from the UK, France, Sweden, Netherlands, and Germany were among the 380 participants from 50 countries.

Where did sixteen people from Richmond, VA, one from France, one from Guatemala and one from Latvia come together? Four were in their twenties or thirties; five were in their forties; thirteen were in their fifties or sixties. There were nine Caucasians, ten African Americans, and representatives of Christianity, Islam and Judaism, as well as those with no religious affiliation.

Qual seria a resposta adequada para os ataques de 7 de Julho em Londres, há três anos ? Para Krish Raval, que facilita o ‘Aprender a Liderar’, um treinamento de liderança com lugar em Sheffield, a resposta é: ‘Desenvolver uma nova geração de lideres de todas as comunidades religiosas na Grã-Bretanha, equipada com as melhores habilidades de liderança, que conheçam e confiam uns nos outros’. Esta é a visão segundo ‘Fé na Liderança’, um programa facilitado pelo ‘Aprender a Liderar’ em parceria com ‘Iniciativas de Mudança’.

Um grupo de 28 ex-comandantes do Movimento Libertário Isatabu (IFM) participou de um curso sobre paz e construção de comunidades organizado por ‘Asas da Mudança’, o grupo de Iniciativas de Mudança nas Ilhas Salomão.
