Hope in the Cities (HIC) is a program of Initiatives of Change, a not-for-profit organization with chapters around the world. HIC is based in Richmond, Virginia, but maintains links to affiliate organizations in the Initiatives of Change network. The staff and board of Hope in the Cities represent the racial, religious and economic diversity of the Richmond metropolitan region.
